Our specially trained staff works hand-in-hand with physicians to provide the right products and the correct dosage to ensure patients get the compassionate care they need. The Cultivation Technician provide manual labor to support the operations within the Cultivation department, while abiding by laws, rules, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. The Cultivation Technician position will primarily support the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance tasks and sanitation responsibilities. In addition, as determined by business need, Cultivation Technician’s may be flexed to provide support in veg, mom, and propagation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Works well in a team environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Punctual.

Nice To Haves

• Cultivation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Physical, repetitive agricultural work, follow directions and take instructions from supervisors.
• Repetitive climbing on a ladder or working on an elevated platform.
• Netting and Trellis flower plants.
• Loading plants and placing emitters.
• Tucking and spreading plants as directed.
• Pruning and defoliating plants.
• Proper Use of PPE in accordance with company guidelines.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag any excess plant material leaving the grow room clean once plant maintenance is completed
• Clean, sanitize, and store all grow room tools and equipment upon use
• Perform various manual cross-department job duties as needed
• All other duties as assigned
