About The Position

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Cultivation Associate to support the daily operations of our grow facility. This role works closely with the General Manager and Cultivation Manager to keep our plants healthy and thriving from propagation through harvest. The work is fast-paced, physical, and detail-oriented, and requires someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and consistent cultivation environment. The right candidate brings a positive attitude, respect for their team and workspace, and the ability to stay calm and flexible when priorities shift. Reliable attendance and strong work habits are essential to success in this position.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Valid Arizona state ID and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and safely move that weight at least 50 feet.
  • Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 60-85°F.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Maintains excellent hygiene and a clean working style.
  • Displays situational awareness, professionalism, and a team-focused mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior cannabis cultivation experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all established SOPs and direction from cultivation leadership.
  • Complete assigned tasks thoroughly, accurately, and on schedule.
  • Participate in all stages of plant care including cloning, pruning, transplanting, defoliation, trellising, watering, and topping.
  • Assist the harvest team when needed
  • Maintain strict cleanliness of grow rooms, hallways, and adjacent work areas.
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize cultivation tools, equipment, and workstations.
  • Cross-train with the Post-Harvest department as needed.
  • Help maintain cleanliness in shared and common spaces.
  • Perform scheduled deep-cleaning of grow rooms.
  • Participate in IPM applications under supervision.
  • Engage in ongoing training, development, and safety education.
  • Report hazards, accidents, or equipment concerns promptly.
  • Follow all company policies, state regulations, and SOP confidentiality requirements.
