The Inventory Associate ensures all products are received, labeled, organized, and stocked in compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) regulations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory counts, supporting sales floor restocking, and upholding FIFO (First In, First Out) standards. Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 1 year of related inventory, warehouse, or retail experience
- Valid Arizona Facility Agent Card (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment

- Experience in cannabis retail or regulated industries
- Experience with inventory audits and stock management systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Receive, count, document, and verify incoming inventory deliveries
- Unpack, label, and organize products accurately and efficiently
- Maintain proper stock levels on the sales floor following FIFO guidelines
- Conduct daily physical inventory counts and assist with monthly audits
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; communicate discrepancies proactively
- Ensure all inventory processes comply with state cannabis laws and regulations
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom, storage, and receiving areas
- Process and document returns according to established procedures
- Prepare new products for sale within established timeframes
- Assist with restocking, shelf labeling, and merchandising support
- Document and report any inventory discrepancies immediately
