About The Position
The Culinary Support/Dishwasher is responsible for preparing food items and assembling prepared foods for resident trays, delivering trays to dining areas or resident rooms, cleaning and sanitizing kitchenware and equipment. Also maintains work areas. Applicants must be able to deliver excellent customer service and be able to work in a fast-paced environment independently or as part of a team. Status: Full Time Day | 72 hours bi-weekly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dining services experience preferred
- Knowledge of modified diets preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Responsibilities
- Prepares food items and assembles resident trays.
- Cleans and sanitizes kitchenware and equipment.
- Assists in loading and delivering food carts.
- Maintains cleanliness of all dining services areas.
