Holiday Pay to be included as applicable Role Responsibility: Prepare and present high-quality, flavorful meals in accordance with established menus, recipes, and dietary requirements Float between assigned stations to provide culinary coverage and consistency coverage for days off or PL time Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards Collaborate with dietitians and food service leaders to meet patient and customer needs Assist with menu execution, special events, and production planning Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment Serve as a culinary role model, supporting best practices and teamwork What We’re Looking For Proven culinary experience as a chef or cook in a high-volume environment (healthcare, hospitality, or institutional dining preferred) Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and allergen awareness Flexibility to work across multiple locations and shifts as needed Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and lead by example Passion for quality food and service with a patient-centered mindset Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required If you’re a skilled, adaptable chef who wants to use your talents for a greater purpose, we’d love to meet you. Pay Range: $17.25 - $25.00 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location. Requirements
