Must be available weekends/holidays. The Restaurant Culinary Supervisor is responsible for the hotel's restaurant outlets and the basic understanding of a kitchen operation within the hotel. The supervisor is responsible for producing a consistent, quality product that meets and exceeds the guests' needs in a timely manner.
