We are seeking a Kitchen Supervisor who brings a refined attention to detail and strong leadership to our back-of-house operations.

Requirements

  • Have a solid culinary background and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens.
  • Can lead a team with confidence while working hands-on alongside them.
  • Demonstrate excellent knife skills, station organization, and recipe execution.
  • Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
  • Show initiative and a drive for consistency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Understand that great kitchens are built not just on flavor, but on discipline, training, and teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support kitchen line operations to ensure culinary excellence, consistency, and cleanliness across all shifts.
  • Assist with preparation, cooking, and presentation of a variety of dishes using diverse techniques—roasting, baking, sautéing, and more.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensure smooth communication, and uphold a professional, respectful work culture.
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation practices including temperature control, storage, and rotation.
  • Train and mentor cooks and prep staff, reinforcing high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
  • Manage station setup, and daily kitchen operations to ensure readiness and precision.
  • Minimize food waste and help manage food cost and inventory controls
