ABOUT ONSITE WELLNESS GROUP Onsite is a therapeutic retreat center with a 40-year history of healing and is nestled on a beautiful 250-acre campus in the rolling hills just outside of Nashville. We are currently looking for an experienced Cook to join our back-of-house culinary team to help us delivery a wonderful culinary experience for our clients. ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE: This role is responsible for crafting culinary delights for our clients, staff and visitors. The Cook is responsible for meal preparation, exemplary food service, recipes, and contributes to the creative process of crafting a great experience. Work with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Lead Culinary Supervisor and other back-of-house staff to effectively plan for service. You’ll follow recipes, portion controls and follow presentation guidelines established by the culinary leaders. Be available to assist with anything that needs done, including serving clients, assisting with clean up, breakdown of serving bars, etc. You must be highly proficient in working in a professional kitchen. Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in high-end food service is required. Fast food or casual dining experience doesn’t apply.
  • You must have excellent knife skills, ability to follow and execute complex recipes and know how professional kitchens operate
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, policies and kitchen operations
  • A warm, engaging and eager personality
