Responsible for guest satisfaction; ensuring that all standards are maintained while assisting in all culinary hourly positions as needed. You are an extension of management and will support the management team. Deep understanding of recipe knowledge of food and beverage. Ensure recipe adherence and timely production of food. Ensure basic safety, sanitation, and food handling. Direct and assist teammates with performing their functions in a safe and efficient manner. Direct and train teammates in basic culinary techniques to maximize productivity and quality of food produced while ensuring adherence to health, safety, and nutritional standards. Assist in all culinary hourly positions. Mains equipment, storage, food preparation and serving areas in a safe and sanitary condition for the purpose of complying with current health standards. Support culinary team in adhering to local labor laws. Identify and report potential compliance issues. Proficient in English / basic Spanish a plus. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Trusting, passionate, humble, and gracious team player. Build lasting relationships with trust and respect. Create fun.

Requirements
