About The Position

The YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg is now hiring Culinary Camp Counselors to lead fun, engaging culinary camps for children ages 5–12. What You'll Do: Host exciting and interactive cooking camps for young campers Teach basic cooking and baking skills, kitchen safety, and nutrition Promote proper safety, sanitation, and food-handling practices Collaborate on planning the culinary curriculum and assist with purchasing supplies Create a welcoming, energetic, and consistent camp experience for all participants

Requirements

• A culinary degree is not required
• Strong kitchen skills and a passion for cooking are essential

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children is preferred
