Culinary Assistants have the ability to understand and interpret either verbal or written directions. Culinary Assistants are able to read the labels on chemicals, cleaning solutions, cookbooks, etc. Culinary Assistants are able to understand the dangers that come with working with these products as well as the necessary equipment and supplies in the dietary department. This position is responsible for serving our residents breakfast and lunch, washing dishes, cleaning dining rooms and minor meal prep. Requirements
