About The Position

We believe that great educational professionals make a difference for our students; without this, a school or program cannot succeed. A Culinary Arts Activity Specialist immerses scholars in a diverse range of culinary skills, from cooking techniques to food presentation. They foster creativity and mastery through interactive sessions, even in spaces without traditional cooking facilities. This specialist creates an inclusive environment where students explore and excel in culinary arts through hands-on and project-based learning approaches. We are a K-8 program, and while we will consider your preferences for placements, our Activity Specialists need to be willing and happy to work with any age range. This is to ensure that every student engages meaningfully throughout the school year. Additionally, you’ll lead weekly activities tailored to each grade level and inspire creativity in every classroom you're assigned to. Ultimately, as an Activity Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring our scholars grow and have a positive learning experience.
