CU Project Engineer Production Engineering Fort Wayne, Indiana Remote Main Duties and Responsibilities Steer the production projects including project set-up, project controlling, and project management. Develop standards including continuous improvement (Cl), Central Forms (CF), new processes, methods, systems, etc. in cooperation with other Corporate Units (CU), business units (BU) and plants. Provide training on standards (online, on site) and explaining new standards. Participate in CU projects. Control key performance indicators (KPI) and define measures in coordination with the plants. Implement CU standards at the plants including systemic implementation, training, handover to the plant, and support. Check the long-term viability and the application of standards. Develop and optimize standards to improve and analyze the Labor Efficiency (LE). Draw up internal and external requirements specifications, primarily for SAP ERP/MES systems. Support the plants, drawing up suitable actions plans. Develop tailored solutions and implement them. Develop training concepts and hold training sessions for Production Engineering (PE) employees.
