About The Position

Crystal Sports Institute (CTI) is seeking motivated Physical Therapists to join our growing team. Our physical therapists will provide expert care in our industrial on-site clinics. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about preventative care and is willing to change the world in Movement Science and Health Care. The ideal candidate will have a prior outpatient orthopedic experience, a strong desire to help people, and is someone who wants to obtain a long-term position in a family-like environment where we strive to put our clients first. New grads with interest in starting their career in an outpatient orthopedic clinical setting experience are encouraged to apply. In addition to providing comprehensive physical therapy services; evaluating, treating and leading a plan of care; the therapist will be proficient with the practice of Injury Prevention and Physical therapy using a combined approach utilizing Direct Access and proactive OSHA allowable First aid strategies that integrate ergonomics and biomechanics education, as well as worker’s compensation. Excellent communication and documentation skills are necessary. This is a full-time salaried position with full health care benefits, 401k, etc. Salary will be determined based on experience. Immediate family will have a full membership to our services free of charge. Continuing education will also be provided at managers discretion. Must be able to travel locally.

Requirements

DPT
Licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Wisconsin
Basic life support (BLS) certification
Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience or One (1) year Outpatient Orthopedic or Industrial experience of Industrial Student Clinical completion.
