Cypress Creek is a max security residential program for at-risk male youth. Requirements

An associate degree in a related field and one year of experience working with youth in an organized activity setting -or- a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of experience working with youth in a residential setting.
Be at least 21 years of age
Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test
Must meet the requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having a valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

The CTE Associate (Career and Technical Education) will be responsible to assist the CTE Coordinator in providing career counseling that will assist the youth with beginning,changing, or advancing their careers by providing counseling, consultation, advice and/or guidance which is specifically focused on a youth’s career preferences and options
Assist treatment teams with feedback on students progress in the program.
