About The Position

Join Symetri's CTC Technology sales team, a rapidly expanding group focused on innovation in design and construction technology. Following the acquisition of CTC Technology by Symetri USA, the company has strengthened its market position and expanded its ability to deliver comprehensive technology solutions to the AEC industry. This role involves helping small to mid-market businesses modernize their design, engineering, and construction workflows using CTC's industry-leading software solutions, tools, and services. This is a fast-paced, full-cycle sales position for professionals skilled in prospecting, self-sourcing pipeline, and directly closing business. The Sales Representative will manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing, and will collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) during contracting to maximize account value. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales drive, technical curiosity, and a customer-first mindset to ensure successful client adoption and expansion of CTC Technology solutions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of pipeline sales and closing experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales.
  • Demonstrated experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and self-generated pipeline.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical solutions within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • Proven self-starter with a strong ownership mentality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Energetic, ambitious, and resilient team player who thrives in a scaling sales organization.

Responsibilities

  • Self-source pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and strategic sales campaigns.
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, product demos, solution positioning, negotiations, and closing.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations aligned to customer pain points and business workflows.
  • Partner with AEs to align on account strategy and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasting, and activity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Educate customers on additional CTC Technology solutions to drive adoption, retention, and account growth.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quota in a high-velocity sales environment.
