This role involves helping small to mid-market businesses modernize their design, engineering, and construction workflows using CTC's industry-leading software solutions, tools, and services. This is a fast-paced, full-cycle sales position for professionals skilled in prospecting, self-sourcing pipeline, and directly closing business. The Sales Representative will manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery and product demonstrations to negotiation and closing, and will collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) during contracting to maximize account value. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales drive, technical curiosity, and a customer-first mindset to ensure successful client adoption and expansion of CTC Technology solutions.
