About The Position

You will lead the Vaccine business (Trade) sales activities across key channels in the Philippines. You will partner closely with commercial, marketing, supply and customer teams to deliver sales targets and strong customer partnerships. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in consumer healthcare, FMCG, or retail channels.
  • Proven experience managing key accounts or trade customers.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Good analytical skills and experience using sales or CRM tools to inform decisions.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the Philippines and work in the field.
  • Demonstrates strong agility that can quickly adjust sales strategies to drive performance in dynamic and competitive markets.
  • Highly strategic with a proven ability to translate market insights into actionable plans that drive sustainable revenue growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in pharmacy, supermarket or wholesale distribution channels in the Philippines.
  • Prior people management or team leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with trade marketing and joint business planning processes.
  • Proven success in launching new products or trade activation programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in local languages and English for clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver agreed sales targets for the consumer healthcare channels assigned to you.
  • Manage and build strong relationships with key retail and trade customers to ensure product availability and joint business growth.
  • Develop account plans and promotional programs with customers, tracking performance and adjusting actions as needed.
  • Work closely with marketing, supply and finance to align on demand planning, launches and promotional execution.
  • Coach and develop direct reports and sales partners to improve capabilities and performance.
  • Use sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and solve commercial challenges.
