Job Description Summary: Performs and completes diagnostic procedures and follows guidelines set by Grant/Riverside and Radiologic Association. This position prepares patients for examinations and preforms diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Position Hours: 3/12 hour shifts 11am-11PM This position includes a $15,000 sign on bonus with a one-year commitment to OhioHealth

Requirements

• ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• ORD - Ohio Radiographers - Ohio Department of Health
• Graduate of an approved accredited radiography program.
• Registered with ARRT.
• Licensed to practice in the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine radiographic studies in diagnostics
• Conducts routine and specialized fluoroscopic studies utilizing digital fluoroscope equipment; maintains proficiency in each of these areas
• Provides radiation safety for operator and patient
• Places patient in proper positions for procedures, adhering to department policy regarding routine.
