About The Position

This position is for a CT Summer Intern, offering opportunities across three distinct roles: Business Analyst, Database Developer, and Software Developer. Interns will be involved in various activities such as conducting process reviews, designing applications, performing vendor research, analyzing and implementing physical database designs, ensuring data recovery and integrity, and developing and testing front-end software applications. These efforts are aimed at improving internal processes and integrating new technology to support the bank's business units.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, MIS, Math, Computer Science, or technology related discipline
• Knowledge of IT environment, systems, applications and/or infrastructure
• Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 in degree/major
• Completed junior year of a BA/BS degree

Responsibilities

• Conducting process reviews (Business Analyst)
• Designing applications (Business Analyst)
• Performing vendor research to support the objectives of the bank’s business units (Business Analyst)
• Analyze, test, and implement physical database design supporting various business applications (Database Developer)
• Ensuring data recovery, maintenance, data integrity, and space requirements (Database Developer)
• Provide formulations and monitoring of policies, procedures, and standards relating to database management (Database Developer)
• Analyze user requirements (Software Developer)
• Encode, test, debug, and document programs on front-end development projects (Software Developer)
