Purpose of the Position Plan, lead, and execute commissioning and start-up activities to safely transition the facility from construction to stable operations while meeting schedule, quality, and production objectives. Key Responsibilities & Duties Lead, develop, and control the commissioning & start-up plan, procedures, and schedule. Coordinate construction, commissioning, operations, and vendors during handover. Track and close punch lists, constraints, and readiness gates. Lead troubleshooting during start-up and stabilize operations. Deliver final handover to Operations with complete documentation. Manage start-up sequencing, ramp-up, and performance testing. Ensure strict compliance with HSE, PTW, SIMOPS, and MOC.
