Work You'll Do CSSP Analyst require specialized expertise aligned with DoD 8530.01, CSSP ESM scoring metrics, and DoD cybersecurity operations, including classified/unclassified network defense operations. Helps manage and protect dynamic attack surfaces and provides rapid crisis and cyber incident response, ensuring clients can be ready for, respond to, and recover from business disruptions. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Active TS/ Q security clearance required
  • Must be local to the DMV area or Las Vegas, NV and come onsite 5 days a week
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 2+ years of experience, in 2 of the following: Vulnerability management, scanning, reporting, and Tenable Security Center operations.
  • Proficiency in NIST SP 800-37, 800-53, 800-60, FIPS 199, CNSSI 1253.
  • Ability to perform risk assessments, system categorization, and control selection.
  • Experience with eGRC tools (e.g., Archer) for development, tracking, documentation, continuous monitoring, and POA&M management.
  • Skills in communicating risk, documenting controls, and supporting both internal and external assessment
