Responsibilities

  • Responsible for input in the management of the CSR staff, as well as preparing performance review process.
  • Accurately processes all teller transactions, including deposits, withdraws, transfers, loan payments, collecting of fees, etc. according to established procedures.
  • Assures all established customer service standards are being met by the staff.
  • Responsible for overseeing established daily branch cash limits.
  • Assists with identifying and correcting procedural violations and audit findings.
