The Client Services Representative (CSR) Regional Manager will lead a team to provide incredible client experience and seek out opportunities to expand our services with established and new clients. This role will provide support and develop team members to find their full potential and fulfillment within their roles. This person should be an advocate for our client’s needs and professionally represent Trans Ova Genetics. They will consult our clients by providing sound advice and developing a service plan to best meet the needs of our clients’ operations. The CSR Regional Manager will partner with our external and internal clients to create an atmosphere of continual improvement. This role can be performed remotely, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central Time Zones (ET/CT).
