Position Details Role: CSR / Dispatcher (majority dispatching) Schedule: Full-Time, 30–40 hours/week Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: In-office (not remote) 🦛 Why Join Soo Hipp Plumbing? Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching or CSR within the trades (plumbing or HVAC required)
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone voice with a friendly, warm presence
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
  • Must be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, patient, coachable, and a natural problem solver
  • Family-oriented values and a desire to support a positive team culture

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls with friendliness and professionalism
  • Book jobs accurately using ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro
  • Dispatch technicians based on skillset, schedule, location, and urgency
  • Manage the tech capacity board daily
  • Send appointment confirmations and follow-up messages
  • Take payments and assist with invoicing
  • Make outbound calls for memberships & maintenance reminders
  • Follow up on open estimates and pending approvals
  • Assist with customer recovery calls and review management
  • Contribute to a smooth, organized office workflow
