Works Plumbing of Pacifica, CA, is to fill part-time and full-time CSR / Customer Service Representative positions to handle client calls regarding their plumbing needs, discuss them with the homeowners, and make the schedules for the technicians. This position has flexible schedules available with no mandatory work on Sundays and no mandatory on-call . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CSR / Customer Service Rep Your primary goal is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency and that our clients are heard. Maximizing time and mileage, you work hard to ensure customer service expectations are exceeded. You spend your workday in the office on the phone or computer, providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You inform clients of arrival times or any potential delays through phone calls. You happily adjust for any rescheduling needs. As an efficient Customer Service Representative, you organize the days and weeks ahead to avoid falling behind schedule. Your demeanor is friendly and capable as you converse with clients and dispatch calls to technicians. You leave work each day knowing you played a vital role in our company's success!

Requirements
