About The Position

As the initial point of contact for our organization, you will be responsible for managing all inbound communications, including reminder calls, equipment registration, and scheduling various services for customers. You will enhance office efficiency through a range of administrative tasks, organizational efforts, and data entry. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure precision in customer service interactions, quotation generation, call routing, and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

  • Must pass drug and background screens
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well organized, ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Timely in all work and attendance
  • 1+ year experience managing a multi-line phone system preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • 40+ WPM
  • High level of organizational skills
  • High-level attention to detail
  • Requires a high school diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer concerns while proactively recommending solutions that meet the customer and company needs.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma or GED Preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) software preferred
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, texts and emails in a professional manner
  • Leads and Service Calls and Scheduling
  • Cover front desk duties during the Receptionist’s lunch break
  • Departmental reminder calls
  • Registering Installed Equipment
  • Purchasing and Processing Extended Labor Warranties
  • Monitor the Dispatch Boards throughout the day
  • Assist customers in person, via email, chat, or phone call
  • Process over-the-counter filter sales and identify filter type, acquire filter, create an invoice, and take payment
  • Assist all departments as needed for filing, data entry, notices, etc.
  • Following Marshall’s customer service protocols and processes
  • Reminder calls
  • Other duties as assigned
