The Customer Service Representative, Call Center (CSR) serves as the front line of our customer experience, providing exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels. This role is responsible for assisting customers with billing inquiries, product information, troubleshooting, and account management while identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services that best meet customer needs. What You’ll Do Be the friendly, helpful voice our customers rely on by answering questions, resolving issues, and connecting them to the products and services that keep them linked to what matters most. Help customers upgrade or discover new Docomo Pacific solutions that fit their lifestyle. Manage billing inquiries, process payments, and update accounts accurately. Work closely with your teammates and leaders to meet service goals, learn new technologies, and celebrate team wins. Keep up-to-date on new promotions, products, and ways to deliver outstanding service. Support retail locations when needed because we’re One Team! What You Bring A spirited, positive personality with a passion for helping others. Strong communication skills both verbal and written with genuine empathy and professionalism. The ability to stay calm, confident, and solution-driven under pressure. Basic computer and data-entry skills, with comfort navigating multiple systems at once. Previous experience in customer service or call center environments (telecom experience a plus!). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed because connection never stops. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a big plus (Chamorro, Carolinian, Chuukese, Tagalog, or Japanese).
