About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for supporting customer accounts while coordinating routing and logistics activities. This role ensures accurate order processing, efficient scheduling, and excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Experience with routing/logistics coordination preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (ERP or order management systems a plus)
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely support
  • Coordinate routing and scheduling of deliveries or pickups
  • Process and track customer orders
  • Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and routing
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support daily logistics and customer service functions
