Requirements

CSOD core and LMS certification (or should be willing to complete certification)
Experience with CSOD release management, patch updates
Strong client facing communication skills, consultative and analytical approach
Able to work independently without much supervision
Minimum 3 years experience in LMS learning domain
Minimum 3 years experience in CSOD
Must be in the U.S. East Coast location or be open to work in Eastern Time Zone, if any other location in U.S.

Nice To Haves

CSOD Integration consultant certification will be a plus
Knowledge of GxP processes in Life Sciences / Pharma industry will be a plus

Responsibilities

Have strong expertise with CSOD Learning (LMS) including Reporting 2.0 and CSOD integrations
Provide advisory and support for CSOD LMS, usage and enhancements
