Requirements

  • CSOD core and LMS certification (or should be willing to complete certification)
  • Experience with CSOD release management, patch updates
  • Strong client facing communication skills, consultative and analytical approach
  • Able to work independently without much supervision
  • Minimum 3 years experience in LMS learning domain
  • Minimum 3 years experience in CSOD
  • Must be in the U.S. East Coast location or be open to work in Eastern Time Zone, if any other location in U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • CSOD Integration consultant certification will be a plus
  • Knowledge of GxP processes in Life Sciences / Pharma industry will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Have strong expertise with CSOD Learning (LMS) including Reporting 2.0 and CSOD integrations
  • Provide advisory and support for CSOD LMS, usage and enhancements
