Job Description Summary: The Network Services Benefit Coordinator is a multi-functional role requiring cross-training in Intake referral processing, initial benefits verification, and authorizations. This position is responsible for accurately following established process steps to verify patient eligibility, coordinate benefits, and determine patient coverage and financial responsibility for services, while meeting KPI goals and maintaining high-quality, compliant documentation.
