About The Position

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 50 WPM typing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must pass background check, drug screening, and physical
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s Degree
  • 6–12 months related experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries
  • Assist with applications and verify eligibility
  • Enter and maintain data
  • Support volunteer coordination and logs
  • Prepare basic reports and documents
  • Perform general office duties
