POSITION SUMMARY: Provide essential food services including preparing, cooking, and serving all menus. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Thorough, safe, food preparation Implement menus during summer camp to satisfactory levels Adheres to program standards including safety and cleanliness standards Maintains positive relations with parents and other staff. Models relationship-building skills (including Listen First) in all interactions Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a food service establishment
- Experience preferred in one or more of the following areas: resident camp food service, banquet food service, large scale catering
- Previous experience with diverse populations preferred
