As a Key Account Advisor you manage a portfolio of Booksy's High Value customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, ongoing support, and active engagement with the platform. You are focused on maintaining high levels of revenue retention, generating business opportunities and strengthening the relationship with our customers. You aren't just managing accounts; you are building a bridge between global solutions and local business culture. Your success will be measured by your ability to foster deep-rooted trust, navigate complex local hierarchies, and drive long-term revenue growth within your portfolio. Native or bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and professional fluency in English is required.
