We're seeking someone to join our team as an Executive Director to lead Data and Technology Transformation across Corporate Services functions-including Security, Real Estate, Travel, Sourcing, Accounts Payable, and Creative Services. This role is responsible for driving strategic impact through talent development, data-centric approaches, process optimization, data management, and the deployment of emerging technologies. What you'll do in the role: - Lead integrated data transformation and technology initiatives across Data and Tech Governance, Analytics, AI, and Process Optimization. - Provide strategic leadership and vision to the Data and Technology Transformation and Innovation team (~50), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Deliver measurable outcomes through cross-functional automation and workflow optimization. - Design and implement innovative data solutions that enhance our data infrastructure, improve data quality, and enable advanced analytics capabilities. - Drive innovation through the development of intelligent agents and scalable enterprise solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop actionable insights, and drive continuous improvement in our tech and data practices. - Oversee fiscal planning and execution of the annual Book of Work, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. - Represent Corporate Services on the AI Council, guiding responsible AI adoption. - Establish and maintain robust data governance and knowledge management protocols. What you'll bring to the role: - Proven experience in leading large-scale data transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on data-centric approaches and data science/AI readiness. - Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in data modeling, including designing, developing, and optimizing disparate data sources and structures to support analytical and business needs. - Skilled in influencing C-suite and cross-functional leaders. - Proven capability in mentoring large, diverse teams (~50 FTEs). - Deep understanding of AI adoption frameworks, ethical considerations, and risk mitigation. - Expertise in metadata management, data lineage, and compliance (e.g., GDPR (Europe), etc) - Experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, SQL/Python proficiency a plus). - Experience with RPA, intelligent agents, and workflow optimization tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Dataiku, Alteryx). - AI/ML Model Lifecycle Management - Understanding of model development, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. - Experience in redesigning workflows for efficiency and scalability (familiarity with Signavio, Celonis, etc.) - Expertise in managing budgets, Book of Work, and aligning investments with strategic priorities. - Familiarity with platforms like SharePoint, AEM, or other enterprise Knowledge Management tools.
