Job Description The ideal candidate will safely perform utility work, perform maintenance, and heavy operation at the site. Perform area housekeeping to include tasks such as shoveling, using fire hose, skid steer, and digging Support crushing belt using hand shovel to move dirt/ debris back to the belts for crushing production Perform daily pre and post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies Perform general maintenance, minor repairs and regular service on crushing and screening equipment daily as directed by supervisor. Perform other tasks as assigned Work hours are Monday - Friday, with overtime available, 12-hour shifts We have on job training for advanced roles and mine career opportunities
Requirements
- The preferred candidate will possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a laborer in a crushing and screening plant environment.
- Must be willing to work outside in a variety of conditions
- Must be dependable and report to work on time
- Must exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of production & equipment safety
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., safely climb ladders, and regularly walk on uneven ground
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
