About The Position
We are hiring a Crusher Laborer to support operations by cleaning and maintaining crushers, conveyors, and related equipment to minimize downtime.
Requirements
- Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Comfortable working at heights, confined spaces, and in outdoor conditions
- Ability to work in dust, noise, and extreme weather
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb, stand, and work throughout the plant
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of mining, construction, or industrial experience
- Experience working around crushers, conveyors, or heavy equipment
Responsibilities
- Clean and clear crushers, conveyors, and screens of debris
- Assist crusher operator and maintenance team as needed
- Perform basic lubrication and equipment support
- Monitor equipment and report safety or operational issues
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
