About The Position

As the CRS Region Manager you will be managing multiple store and service managers for a defined area within the Rental Division.  The CRS Region Manager is responsible for providing a safe workplace and developing a “Safety First” culture as well as hiring, developing, and addressing employee issues. This position will have full responsibility for profit and loss performance and reporting and as such, it will fall on the CRS Region Manager to create an operating budget, control costs, build a loyal clientele, meet financial objectives and establish good employee relations. The CRS Region Manager must address employee and customer complaints in a timely manner, with the focus being to establish and maintain an efficient and pleasant work atmosphere and loyal customer following.

Requirements

  • To be successful in this position you should have prior experience managing, teaching, coaching and evaluating employees.  You will need to have a strong focus on safety, customer and employee satisfaction.  This position also requires someone with prior experience in operations management, business planning or sales support management roles.
  • Four year college degree from an accredited institution or alternatively 5+ years industry experience including sales, leadership and P&L responsibilities.
  • Minimum five years in operations management, business planning, or sales support management role.
  • Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
  • Previous experience and demonstrated success in team leadership and leader development
  • Leadership – Own the outcome, bring solutions, empower your people and hold them accountable.
  • Vision – Be able to set the vision that team members can rally around
  • Competitiveness – Infectious winning attitude
  • Drive – Motor that doesn’t stop.  Always thinking of ways to improve and win

  • Advanced problem solving capabilities – Look for the unique approach and don’t settle for the way we’ve always done it
  • Understanding of the Rental Model
  • Detailed understanding of financial and operational metrics, and the ability to impact them
  • PC proficiency

Nice To Haves

  • Masters’ in Business administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred

  • Lead Branch Managers to excellence in operations from safety to quality equipment to efficient use of resources

  • Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
