The Regional Sales Officer - Cross Sell, a key position within the sales leadership team, is responsible for driving growth across all lines of business—Employee Benefits (EB), Retirement & Private Wealth (RPW), Personal Lines (PL), and Commercial Lines (P&C)—for HUB Northeast. This role involves developing, supporting, and promoting cross-selling initiatives, optimizing opportunities, and building a strong cross-sell culture in an entrepreneurial environment. The officer will collaborate with data analytics and marketing teams to identify opportunities and execute campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
