Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years relevant financial experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client settlement inquiries, operational issues, and escalations, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolution.
  • Support the full transaction lifecycle across Commercial Paper, Equities, Fixed Income, and Swaps, maintaining smooth and controlled day-to-day processing.
  • Oversee trade capture, allocation workflows, and exception management for swap activity and associated hedge instruments.
  • Manage settlement activities for Total Return Swaps (TRS) and Repo trades, including trade confirmations, reconciliations, and ongoing coordination with brokers and custodians.
  • Perform detailed trade, position, and cash reconciliations across prime brokers, custodians, and fund administrators, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of corporate actions, validating all related bookings and downstream impacts.
  • Partner with Risk teams to address margin calls, exposure concerns, settlement fails, and contested items.
  • Support initial and variation margin processes, including daily margin balance validation and review of margin movements.
  • Execute internal control checks to ensure consistency between internal systems, external counterparties, and administrator records.
  • Collaborate closely with Program Compliance teams and fund administrators to support monthly reporting and oversight requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and increase automation.
