About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Crop Insurance Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing crop insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting the growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to clients. This is a remote position, available to candidates residing in select states.

Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in crop insurance.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, IA, ID, KS, MI, MS, MO, ND, NE, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with EPIC software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of crop insurance accounts, ranging in size from $1,000 to $300,000.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
