Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited CRNP or PA program—Adult-Gero or Family Nurse Practitioner preferred
• Two (2) years practice experience preferred.
• Commitment: A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to geriatric patients.
• Team Orientation: Ability to work collaboratively, provide personalized patient care, and demonstrate clinical outcomes.
• Licensure: Eligible for licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
