About The Position

ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Healthplex-Wilson, located in Wilson, North Carolina, are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their expanding primary care practice. ECU Health Healthplex-Wilson is a growing multispecialty clinic that provides both primary and specialty care under one roof. Applicants with two years of provider experience and experience working with pediatric patients are preferred. New graduates may be considered. Wilson is located 45 miles east of Raleigh, 40 miles west of Greenville and offers easy access to the beautiful beaches of North Carolina. With a mild climate and affordable cost of living, Wilson is an attractive location to work, and call home, with proximity to an abundance of activities and great residential communities. Opportunity Highlights: Employment by ECU Health Physicians Growing 9-hospital, physician-led healthcare system Outpatient only clinical care Patient panel will include both pediatric and adult patients Established practice that includes 4 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers with 1:1 Clinical Support Staff Onsite specialty support includes: cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, dermatology, neurology, neurosurgery, endocrinology, urology,respiratory therapy, moderate complexity lab, x-rays, mammography, ultrasound, ECHO, and a retail drive-through pharmacy Monday – Friday schedule that includes 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of administrative time-possible flexibility for a 4-day clinical schedule No weekends, nights, or call – Automated Nurse Triage Line Full practice support from ECU Health Physicians System-wide integrated EMR – EPIC Applicants will be required to have BLS certification from the American Heart Association Competitive Compensation and Comprehensive Benefit Package to include: Annual administrative stipend, relocation assistance, PTO-Vacation, Sick, & Holidays, Malpractice (with tail), 401k matching program/457b, Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance
