About The Position

Essential Anesthesia Management is offering an opportunity for a service-oriented CRNA to join our team at CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. This role is part of our OR call team, featuring an elevated W2 salary, compensated call, and an additional week off annually.
Position Highlights:
$320,000 W2 base salary + a full benefits package
Call pay: $750 weekday / $2,500 weekend (24hr)
Estimated additional call compensation: ~$38,000 annually if call is divided equally
8 weeks off annually + post-call days
Team-based call model with 12 CRNAs participating
Case types include: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, GYN, ENT, Urology, Endo, CV, Neuro, OB, and Vascular
The anesthesia team includes 25 CRNAs and 9 Anesthesiologists across hospital and outpatient settings
Daily staffing: o Main hospital: 3 MDs and 8 CRNAs o Outpatient centers: 1 MD and 4 CRNAs
Supportive and collegial culture with excellent teamwork across the OR
New grads are welcome and supported with training and mentorship
