The CRMG Executive Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administrative operations of Cheyenne Regional Medical Group. This position works closely with the executive team to ensure clinic and organizational needs are met. The administrative coordinator oversees the daily administrative tasks for the group including contracts, policies, payment vouchers, schedules and meeting minutes. Oversees Medical Group vendor contracts. Maintains confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information. Drafts presentations, agendas and other meeting materials. Processes, tracks and submits physician and provider payments to support timely reimbursement. Manages travel arrangements for executive and other personnel. Participates on a variety of committees to represent the Medical Group. Reconciles and prepares timely expense reports for executives and their division. Maintains responsibility for clerical and office support tasks. Participates in process improvement initiatives. Maintains files and record system. Coordinates and manages executive’s calendar. Coordinates meetings and takes meeting minutes when needed.
