About The Position

WE'RE HIRING! Ag Partners is hiring a full-time Administrative Coordinator at our Belle Plaine, MN, location. Knowledge and background in the agriculture industry is a plus. In this role, you will welcome walk-in customers, provide excellent customer service, take product orders, answer billing inquiries, and process payments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative role with basic accounting experience is required.
  • Outstanding customer service ability.
  • Initiative to work independently and able to work with team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Able to learn the accounting software and previous experience with AgVantage or Epicore is preferred but not required.
  • Able to support the Town & Country, Agronomy, and Energy divisions.
  • Be detailed-oriented and produce accurate work.
