Overview The Salesforce.com Administrator manages Salesforce.com (CRM) on a day-to-day basis responding to internal user change requests, project requests, and providing support for the Salesforce system. Supporting the CRM system will include working with business lines, users and requestors, monitoring the database daily, adding/removing users, adding specific data elements, mass data manipulation and other requested Salesforce daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related discipline
  • 2 years of experience in Saleforce.com experience supporting sales or customer service, or Salesforce support with administrator level access.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator - Required

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Certified Advance Admin - Preferred
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder - Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Responding, managing and assisting with the queue management for Salesforce requests from department leaders & users, documenting the request, and follow up.
  • Define, develop, analyze and deliver dashboards, recurring business reports (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) and custom reports for the organization.
  • Data upload, Data Manipulation, Data Cleanup for Mass adding/editing multiple records, layouts, deduplication.
  • User Management: Adding/removing users; password resets, SSO login, other Salesforce user requests, managing permissions and profiles, sharing rules and access privilege maintenance
  • Evaluating, documenting and installing new Salesforce releases, providing training and support if required.
  • Support of website and other system integrations, site testing, API connections, and automation technology tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team, Salesforce, Zuora platform and the general purpose of the position.
