About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for working with the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System Administrator and Consumer Bank leadership to perform duties that support the ongoing administration and user support for CRM and other sales systems. The incumbent provides the highest quality of customer service and proactive oversight to ensure data integrity.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • MS Word - Intermediate Level
  • MS Excel - Intermediate Level
  • MS PowerPoint - Intermediate Level

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or BA or BS with 1 year of experience preferred
  • Understanding of banking systems and technology

Responsibilities

  • Maintains user functionality contained within the setup menus, sets up new users as needed and serves as the first line of support for Consumer Bank end users.
  • Develops and maintains department documentation, including Consumer Banking Solutions' (CBS) internal and end user procedures, maintains the CRM intranet site, and participates in continuing education content development, and serves as systems expert on project and training calls.
  • Maintains tasks as outlined by the CRM System Administrator to support all building, updates and upgrades for CRM and TimeTrade.
  • Manages the BakerHillHelp email box, ensuring all service levels are met and escalates issues appropriately when identified.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
