About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled CRM Strategist to lead high-complexity HubSpot implementations and optimize the full customer lifecycle. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, systems architecture, and native integrations, enabling measurable revenue growth through scalable technical solutions. The CRM Strategist will serve as the technical lead, translating complex business requirements into actionable workflows, integrations, and automated processes. This position offers the opportunity to work fully remotely, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design innovative CRM solutions that drive data integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic insights. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of HubSpot and RevOps, and excels in solving complex technical challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience building complex solutions within HubSpot.
  • Proven expertise in Revenue Operations, including lead-to-cash processes, forecasting, and attribution modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business challenges into automated technical solutions.
  • Experience designing, configuring, and optimizing CRM ecosystems at scale.
  • Proficiency in managing integrations and technical workflows across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and technical configuration of HubSpot instances, ensuring alignment with revenue operations strategies.
  • Manage native integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite, including sync logic, field mapping, and conflict resolution.
  • Design and implement automated workflows, lead scoring, attribution, and hand-offs across Marketing, Sales, and Services.
  • Enforce data governance, deduplication, and data hygiene standards to maintain a single source of truth.
  • Conduct technical discovery to map current versus future state processes, identifying bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
  • Build complex dashboards and reporting frameworks to demonstrate measurable ROI and inform decision-making.
