About The Position

We are seeking an experienced CRM professional to join our team in our Lisle office. In this role, you will support SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud implementations for our clients, serving as a key member of the project team across enterprise CRM programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with enterprise-grade CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar — and be open to working with SAP Sales/Service Cloud. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to grow into a broader leadership role while working on high-impact client engagements. Travel: Occasional travel to client locations based on project needs.

Requirements

  • Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar (implementation, configuration, or business analysis experience)
  • Willingness to work with SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud (training and support will be provided)
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, especially in sales and service functions
  • Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams in a consulting, implementation, or business analysis environment
  • Ability to lead solution discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud and/or SAP Service Cloud
  • Prior experience leading CRM implementations as an architect, lead, or senior business analyst
  • Experience with system integrations, enterprise architecture, and CRM transformation initiatives
  • Background in consulting or client-facing delivery roles

Responsibilities

  • Support the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions for client engagements
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to define CRM strategy and solution design
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient CRM solutions
  • Provide guidance on best practices, system design, integration approach, and CRM roadmap
  • Support solution planning, estimation, and implementation governance
  • Collaborate with client teams during workshops, design sessions, testing, and deployment activities
  • Ensure the CRM solution aligns with business goals, user needs, and enterprise standards
  • Mentor team members and contribute to building internal CRM and SAP cloud capabilities
