About The Position
As a CRM Program Manager, you will focus on both strategy and execution of email, push and SMS campaigns with a strong emphasis on driving awareness, engagement and retention in the automotive space. In this role, you will support the development of a comprehensive communication strategy, manage day-to-day campaign operations, and measure campaign effectiveness through key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and engagement with our product. You will partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver a seamless, personalized customer experience, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve measurable results.
